When is rent due?                       
On the 1st of the month, we give a 5 day grace period before incurring late fees.




What if my rent is late?                       
Per rental agreement when rent is late there is a late fee that must be paid. Also you are subject to legal action.



Is there an application fee?
                       
$30 application fee/credit verification.



Why do I have to pay an application fee?                       
In order to provide the best possible prospects for our owners, we run a complete background check as part of the application process. This amount covers the time and services necessary to complete the check.



How much is security Deposit?                       
Between 1 and 2 months full rent amount.



How much is a pet deposit?                       
$300 per pet if authorized by owner



Where do I send my rent payment

What utilities will I need to pay for?                       
Refer to your rental agreement to find out what utilities you are responsible for. All utilities that you are responsible for must be switched into your name on or before the first day that you occupy the property.



What personal documents will I need to provide to rent this property?           
Copy of your 2 most recent pay stubs, social security number and driver’s license.



What do we need to do in order to rent this property?                       
(1) Complete an application (2) Once approved, and after paying a security deposit we will take the property off the market. (3) Once first month's rent is paid, lease is signed and keys are provided.



What does the background check consist of? 
Based on the information on the application we will run a credit check, and verify all other information provided on th rental application.



Who is responsible for maintaining the landscaping? 
The owner will hire and pay a landscaper to maintain the yard.




How can I extend my lease?

At signing of the lease agreement, keys will be provided.
